  Yes, our Signature handheld sharpener was designed for usemaintaining a sharp edge on any knife, realigning, and straightening the edge after just 10-20 strokes. The Signature handheld sharpener can restore any minor bluntness they may have had, returning them to as new condition.

• Can you use Campden cookware on induction?

  Yes, all our Campden cookware is induction compatible.

• Do the lids of the Campden cookware get hot?

  Cooking for longer periods of time with your stainless steel lids on will mean that the heat will be transferred to the handles eventually. We always recommend using something heat resistant when lifting your cookware lids.

• Do the Non-Stick utensils hang on the Signature utensil stand or the utensil storage wall rack?

  Yes, the non-stick utensils are designed just like the stainless steel utensils to hang from the Signature utensil stand or off the utensil storage rack.

• Do your items come gift boxed?

  Some of our loose items are sold without a box, if the product page includes an image with the product in a box, then yes it will.

  Many people believe cookware should be 100% flat. This is not true, as metal expands if the cookware were flat it would bend convexly like a bowl and make the cookware unusable. Cookware with concave bases will become flat when saturated with heat when you are cooking.
