How can I identify my cutlery?

You may send over some imagery to us via web chat or by contacting our Customer Care Team at help@robertwelch.com and we will access it for you and come back to you with a conclusion. Identification via an image is not an exact science so to increase the accuracy please may you send a picture of ideally a knife, fork, and spoon together in natural light and without flash? If we are unable to determine from the pictures, we may ask for dimensions (length) of the piece[s] in question and improve the chances of success that way.
