Am I charged for my Pre-Order at checkout?

Yes, as soon as you have placed your Pre-Order online your chosen payment method will be charged for the total amount. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items and one is out of stock (a Pre-Order product), this will delay your delivery. Orders cannot be dispatched until all items are back in stock and ready to be delivered.
If you place a Pre-Order, you may cancel your Pre-Order at any time before shipping has started, in which case we offer a full refund.
